Do you mean the PB50 driver is in your Windows printer list, but not in QuickBooks? The answer depends on how you are accessing QuickBooks. Is QuickBooks local or in a hosted environment? If it is hosted, there are 3 different ways PrintBoss can be setup to work. We'll need more information about your installation. Also, Tech Support is happy to log in and troubleshoot the issue with you.

The printer that is showing up in my devices does not show up in QuickBooks any longer so I cannot print my checks. Any helps is appreciated, our tech guy isn't super familiar with printboss and he's stumped.
