Why doesn't PrintBoss open?

Common causes for why PrintBoss does not open:
1. Multiple PB32.exe's running. End these processes in the Task Manager.
2. SDE7.dll or SDENSX7.dll may be corrupted. If these cannot be replaced, restart the computer\server and try again.
3. Insufficient permissions to the PrintBoss Home Dir.
4. Interference from virus scanning software. Exempt the PrintBoss Home Dir from scanning.
