Thank you for your email. PrintBoss only uses MAPI to connect to Outlook and it is already setup in Enterprise. Once the ‘Send mail to Outlook Outbox’ is selected, there is nothing else to do on the SMTP/Mail Hosts tab except to choose how the settings on that tab are saved and whether a Profile other than the default will be used.
It may be helpful to know Outlook will ignore the first 3 settings on the Default Addresses tab as the MAPI will only use the From and Reply information from the Outlook Profile.

We have a customer that just bought PrintBoss Enterprise.
I would like to know if PrintBoss Enterprise is able to send email via Outlook when the configuration is POP3.
I am planning to go on site next Monday, so I need to know before.
