We are using Quickbooks online, I can't find these options on quickbooks online either which is odd.
I did as a troubleshooting step try to change to "Standard" as the check style in quickbooks and that printed but the Voucher option still gets the same error when selected?

James - This error occurs when PrintBoss does not recognize the document printed from QuickBooks. Please verify if you are using the desktop version of QuickBooks or the Online version. It is rare for this error to occur with the desktop version. The only way to change the output is by changing the Font, Font Size, or offset.
The suggested settings for the Font and Font Size can be found in the QBooks.rtf file included with PrintBoss. This document is located in the Doc folder at the root of the PrintBoss folder.

I am receiving this error message upon trying to print a check from quickbooks.
"You have printed a document to PrintBoss that is NOT recognized by Print boss. Specifically, no entry in the "Form/Bank Request List" matches this format.
PrintBoss is ignoring this document."
I need help with what I would do to solve this. We haven't changed anything since the last time printing in the same way worked.
Any help is appreciated.
