6/2/2017 Topic: Missing Comments & Grayscale rcruz

The invoice attached to the email thru Printboss is missing the Comments towards the bottom of the invoice and has turned into black and white. Please see attachment. This is the case for only one Windows domain user (new setup) but not for the rest.
