Different email addresses on different forms

Dear Wellspring folks -

My Sage ERP client wants to have an invoice mailed to different people at the same time. In other words, Original is emailed to the customer, Copy 1 goes to Chicago, Copy 2 to Accounting, Copy 3 to the salesman. My multipart form is working fine in terms of the variable text at the bottom, but all copies are sent to the original recipient.

I've been experimenting with Runtime Objects like this:

[#C,1] #Assign Emailto='jay.converse@gmail.com'
[#C,2] #Assign Emailto='jconverse@arxistechnogy.com'

But it ignores the setting. No error messages, either.

Ah, just a little syntax problem, it's working great now. Thanks!

Hello,

We are looking to use plain paper to print Purchase Orders from Sage 300 ERP, and need to print 3 copies of the document - would Print Boss offer the facility to "label" each of these prints accordingly - "Supplier Copy", "File Copy", "Accounts Copy" etc?

Yes, do multi-part forms, then in your footer do something like this:

[C,0]Text 4.753, 8.041, 'Arial/12', Original Copy
[C,1]Text 4.753, 8.041, 'Arial/12', Philadelphia Copy
[C,2]Text 4.753, 8.041, 'Arial/12', Chicago Copy
[C,3]Text 4.753, 8.041, 'Arial/12', SAR Copy

Multi-part forms, change collation order

I have a form that does multiple copies (Original, Chicago, File, etc.). When printing multiple invoices, the client is requesting collation of Original, Original, Original, Chicago, Chicago, Chicago, File, File, File. Can it be done?

Thanks, that was it. Next time I'll read the full documentation instead of just the help file!

PDF Font rendering issues

My client has an Invoice form with a color company logo (JPG), and text with circles in it, like this:

Post Office Box 1027 ● Asheboro, NC 27204

However, when they email through Printboss, the circles render as a plus-minus sign, like this:

Post Office Box 1027 ± Asheboro, NC 27204

Any ideas?

"Cannot open store" message - new solution

New Windows 10 computer, user has full admin access, running Outlook 2010, was working fine last week. Yesterday, mickey soft auto-installed Office365 on top of it. User still running Outlook 2010, so doesn't notice. Solution was to uninstall 365.
