3/19/2014 Topic: PrintBoss - Citrix - Users Default Printer Greg Beange

We are using PrintBoss in a Citrix environment. Our Windows XP users can store their cheque printer with no issues, however the WIN7 users cannot. They have to select the cheque printer everytime as PrintBoss reverts back to the default. Are there any known issues with WIN7 and storing desired printer?
