Hi
We have a number of HP printers in our organization. I have found that to get PrintBoss to pull from the correct tray, we need to change the print driver from the native HP print driver associated with the type of HP printer to the generic HP LaserJet Universal PCL 6e driver.
Does anyone know why an approved HP print driver won't work with PrintBoss and why we have to set the driver to the generic one?
