PrintBoss Select will work in a Citrix environment. However, you may need the Enterprise feature which drops session statements on printer names depending on how you have the Citrix server setup. PrintBoss is literal with the names of printers. If the printer name changes in any way, the PrintBoss program will consider the new name as a new/different printer.
Often in a Terminal Server or Citrix environment the printer name includes the session number or indicator. This results in multiple names for the same printer. Each name is only available in the specified session. Applications such as PrintBoss generate an error when the selected printer name is not available. PrintBoss Enterprise can define the session indicators and truncate the printer name so the printer is recognized in all sessions.

Subject: Citrix support
I work for a CPA firm that is interested in your product. One of the ways our CPAs have access to QuickBooks is through Citrix and I was wondering if PrintBoss is supported in a Citrix environment. Would we have to get the Enterprise edition or does the Select version work with Citrix also?
