PrintBoss does not have a 'suppression' condition. A combination of a condition command (such as = or Flagged) and variable give instruction to PrintBoss within the context of a command. The list of PrintBoss standard variables can be found beginning on Page 209 of the PrintBoss Manual. PrintBoss conditional commands and paramerters begin on Page 201. The key would be to determine what makes most sense in your specific case. Does the company name determine if the watermark should be used? Then the previous example would force the watermark if there is a check box in the PrintBoss bank record (BFlag5) for that company.

Nancy,
Is there a document that goes through all the possible script options for the the watermark suppression?

Yes, you can add use conditions to the Pic Command. You can create a variable, or use a standard PrintBoss variable to script in the condition. The following script would be placed in the Footer Object tab of the PrintBoss form to print the watermark if the Miscellaneous Flag 5 is checked in the bank record, i.e. {BFlag5}.

#[Flagged, {BFlag5}]Pic 0.300, 3.750, USRCHK.jpg, /Size:60 /MIR/Watermark:M ,,

Is there any way to have this watermark only show with certain conditions? Is there a suppress command I can use? Or will that have to be done through Crystal Reports?

Yes, you can add a watermark on a PrintBoss form. One of the properties of the #PIC command is for a watermark. This allows for the graphic to be printed in shades of gray instead of black. View your form, right-click and choose the option to 'Insert and Object." Choose 'graphic.' The PIC Command Properties box will open. Use the drop down box to edit the Watermark properties.

Hello,

I need to know if it is possible to assign a watermark on a PrintBoss Form, or does it need to be done on the Crystal Report? Thanks!
