The PrintBoss printer driver and software need to reside in the same environment as QuickBooks unless something like UniPrint or TSPrint are used to print to an Adobe pdf file on the local work station and then print to PrintBoss. PrintBoss itself is a Windows only application. However, I created a virtual machine on my Mac at home to run PrintBoss with QuickBooks. To answer your original question, we have many clients using PrintBoss as a Published App on terminal services. The only downside is clients who use a secured signature USB key sometimes have trouble mapping the USB drive to the terminal server environment.

We have Quickbooks hosted on a 2012 server using 2x for remote app publishing. We need the ability to print checks from a Mac desktop through quickbooks.
